September Bullfinches (2020)

Painted as part of The Nightingale Project: a series of trees and nature inspired by lock down in The Calder Valley from March 2020 to March 2021 (and the brief escapes from it over the summer).

I like to run in Hardcastle Crags in the autumn, and watch the colours change. Someone hangs bird feeders in the trees along one of the paths and I always see Bullfinches there.

Available as a signed limited edition print, hand-finished with gold leaf and gold thread. All prints are mounted and can be posted, unless purchased framed.
