Lower Laithe Reservoir

Lower Laithe Reservoir (2015)

Original media: gouache, inks, acrylics, pigment sticks, pencils, gold leaf and gold thread.

Lower Laithe Reservoir is a very beautiful place near Stanbury, West Yorkshire. The approach from above it, the road across it, the tall pines and the pretty octagonal sluice house set it part from many of the very bleak reservoirs in the area. This piece was part of the 2015 Exhibition 'Water & Light' at Heart Gallery in Hebden Bridge.

Available as a signed limited edition print, hand-finished with gold leaf and gold thread. All prints are mounted and can be posted, unless purchased framed.

Finished dimensions: 120cm x 69cm
